With the January 3rd class being so close to the New Year's celebration, we decided to move the "Spanish-inspired Cuisine" class to Tuesday, January 17th.
During this fun and interactive session you'll learn to prepare:
Patatas Riojanas - a Potato & Chorizo "soup-type" dish from Rioja; the famous wine making region in northern Spain. This dish is sure to warm you on those cold winter days.
Gamas Al Ajillo - this "Shrimp with Garlic" dish is a classic tapas-style dish from the Catalonian region of Spain.
Rosemarey & Lime Roasted Sea Bass with Mediterranean Salsa - with the coastlands of the Atlantic Ocean and Mediterranean Sea surrounding Spain, seafood plays an important role in Spanish cuisine. We'll use fresh sea bass along with a plethora of fresh herbs, citrus and vegetables.
Spanish Rice - although there is not a national "Spanish Rice" dish in Spain, this recipe follows another classic recipe - Paella - without all the meat & shells!
Flan de Amendras y Salsa de Fruitas del Bosque - almond flan with a mixed berry topping. You'll learn how easy it is to make the national dessert of Spain.
Following the class, relax with your classmates and enjoy the "Fruitas" of your labors along with a selection of red and white wine from Spain.
Participation is limited so call or email to reserve your spot today. |
