Stay Current
To Our Customers, Friends, and Catering Family,
We would like to take this time to thank each and every one of you for your kindness, concerns, and support as we transitioned from a Catering Company to a Take-out and Delivery Service and then back to a Catering Company. The amount of positivity, support, and encouragement we received has truly inspired us to excel as we’ve created a new way to cater.
During the last several months, both internally and externally, we have been following the guidance of the CDC & WHO as well as our local and state health departments concerning best practices, limited group sizes, social distancing and food service restrictions.
As we begin the new year, Rockman’s Catering is continuing to proceed ahead cautiously and we are open for events while still insuring both our customer’s and staff’s health and safety during this time. In addition to the previous guidance we have been using, we’ve also implemented the recommendations that the Wisconsin Department of Health Service has created for “Public Facilities, Outdoor Gatherings, Restaurants and Food Service, and Best Practice to remain-open”. Each staff member at Rockman’s Catering hold a current Food Safety Certification and has been be trained on our new offsite procedures. We are prepared to adapt any needed services to meet the recommended standards and best practices that have been issued to date.
As we have adapted to our “new normal” we prioritize the safety of you, your guests or co-workers, Our desire for catering is more robust than ever before and we are remain eager to provide meals for you through curbside and special events.
We are thankful to be a part of this community and continue to update our practices and procedures with one simple goal in mind: Keep everyone safe & healthy so we can all party hard after this passes.
Sincerely,
Scott Rockman
